Common questions

How do I cancel? In your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pieceful. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Can I get a refund? Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I subscribed but can't design. Open Pieceful, go to Your home, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Why does a piece look different from the store's photo? Pieces marked Similar look are drawn from the store's description. Tap the piece to see the real item on the store's page.

Is the picture to scale? Designs from a regular photo are not to scale. On an iPhone with LiDAR, scan the room for true-size layouts, and check the scan with a tape measure in the app.

How do I delete my data? Delete a room from its menu, or delete your whole account in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.
